Zone 2:

Worldwide including Zone 1 (Excluding US, Canada, Middle East, Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, Mongolia & Cuba)

Zone 3:

Worldwide (Excluding Cuba)

Domestic:

Within Malaysia and travelling more than 50km from place of residence
